Yoga for Winter Blues & Classes at Laughing River

Blog Featured Post Image

Dear friends, yogis, and colleagues,

It’s been a full and exciting fall!  I’ve been delighted to rediscover a love of photography, which has proven to be very relaxing and rewarding, as it’s another opportunity to slow down and be present.

This Thursday evening, I begin a six-week healing series to address seasonal affective mood fluctuations or distress (Yoga for Winter Blues) at the Vermont Center for Yoga and Therapy www.vtcyt.com  This will be followed in 2012, by two other series:  Infertility and Stress Reduction and Trauma-sensitive Yoga.

You can find full series descriptions and more information about on-going services and classes on my website: www.yogatherapyvt.com.

I’m also delighted to have joined Emily, Sofi and Jane (and other dedicated teachers) at Laughing River Yoga Studio. www.laughingriveryoga.com  As of January, I will have three classes there (present classes: Vajra on Thursdays from 4:30 to 5:30; Gentle on Fridays, 4:30 to 5:30; and a new one, Community Hatha, Mondays, 9 to 10:15 a.m.)  It is a lovely, riverside studio in the Chase Mill.

As always, if you’d like to be removed from my mailing list, please just send a reply: “Please remove” and I will note it.

Wishing you all the best as we approach the solstice and turn toward the light.

With love and gratitude, Deb
