Whether you have never meditated or have a regular practice, this 7-week series will provide you the opportunity to experience the immense benefits of meditation within the support of a group. Research shows that meditation helps improve physical and emotional well being. Experience how meditation can benefit you today!

In this series we will explore a variety of mediation techniques to cultivate present moment awareness and compassion. During each class there will be gentle movement, guided sitting meditation, and time for sharing/questions. After each session, you will have a technique to practice throughout the week.

Also include individual one-on-one session will be available to all participants.

Unsure if meditation is for you?

Myth #1 Meditation is only for those who can easily sit still.

Buster #1 You do not need to be comfortable with stillness to meditate. In fact, we will be incorporating movement into each class.

Myth #2 You need to have a quiet mind to meditate.

Buster #2 Meditation helps us befriend our thoughts. No need to check your thoughts at the door.

Myth #3 Meditation will fix your flawed self.

Buster #3 You are already perfectly wonderful. Meditation helps us to experience this reality with clarity.
