Drop-in Class: Gentle Yoga for Stress Reduction and Well-being (Trauma-Informed)

Every Friday from 12:00-1:15pm
This drop-in yoga class is for individuals specifically interested in the exploration of yoga to promote wellness and healing from stress and/or trauma and open to all.
All aspects of the offering (including brief readings, breathing techniques and gentle poses and movement) will be geared toward supporting individuals in meeting what arises, cultivating a sense of calm and ease in the present moment, and working with mindfulness, compassion and lovingkindness practices to facilitate wellness.
No previous experience with yoga is required.
