Welcome the New Year with a grounding yoga flow and nutrition talk on grounding, nourishing foods to support a strong immune system and healthy body this winter. The yoga flow will help you grow your roots and set intentions for the coming year, followed by ways to nourish your body and approach food in a mindful way. You’ll leave with delicious recipes to try out at home.

Lauren Fowler is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who guides people to nourish their bodies with whole foods. She teaches intuitive eating to help people tune into their own bodies wisdom and develop a healthy relationship with food.
Maggie Clemente is a Registered Yoga Teacher, photographer, and world traveler.
