Restorative Yoga and Reiki

This class invites you to settle in, be still and unwind.  Through gentle restorative postures, supportive adjustments, breathing techniques, hands on Reiki, head/hand massages and heart guided meditation an environment of relaxation is created. This collection of modalities is designed to lead you to a state of inner stillness and receptivity in which all levels of the body, mind and spirit can open to deeper levels of self.  Advance registration is required. Closing circle, tea & sharing at the end of each class.  Class size limited.
