6-Week Men’s Processing group
Truth Circle (TC) is a tradition derived from Native American culture and it is used to cultivate the strength to face fears and safely expose and heal vulnerabilities through the support of a collective group. TC typically takes place at dusk, around a bonfire or a circle of candles. Each week, TC will begin with a brief guided meditation aimed at setting the stage for emotional depth and openness in relation to the topic of the week. This group will be open to men only, requires an 6 week commitment, and will max out at 7 participants.
