A Note on Mindful Parenting

Yesterday evening, as I left VTCYT after facilitating the Mindful Parents workshop, I recognized that parenting with a mindfulness approach could sometimes be a challenge. I think this challenge arises due to the following.

To see more of Gregory Colberts work go to www.ashesandsnow.org

One fascinating moment occurred when...

Do you wish you had more? Maybe you are thinking of all the things you want to spend your...
