Fish Oil Shown to Reduce Anxiety

According to a report from scienceblog.com, researchers from Ohio State University investigated the effects of adding fish oil a diet in reducing anxiety induced by stress.

Yoga – Preventative Role in Adolescent Mental Health

A preliminary research study as seen in the Journal of Development and Behavioral Pediatrics, has shown a relationship between high school students who participate in yoga and an increase in development in self-regulatory skills and reduction in tension and anxiety, two components that may be protective in the prevention of developing future mental health disorders.
