Men’s Programs and Services
Here at the Vermont Center for Integrative Therapy we recognize that the issues affecting men are unique.
From anger to depression, self-esteem to grief, the stress of divorce, unemployment and/or addictions, men struggle in ways that are often hidden due to contemporary ideas of a rigid masculinity.
Accordingly, men are far less likely to access and receive the treatment and support they need to heal, recover and grow.
In order to address this issue directly we have created tailored programming focused on providing the support men need to work through issues that impact their ability to lead connected and fulfilling lives.
