In this free talk, we will discuss the genetic trait of sensitivity and its strong correlation to addiction.  This is for all those who feel deeply – the highly sensitive, intuitives, and empaths among us who are using addiction to cope with all that they feel. It’s just as much for the parents of a sensitive child or the partner of a sensitive spouse.  Bringing a platform of understanding around the trait allows for space to heal, accept, and surrender to our highly responsive nervous systems and learn how to gain a sense of freedom in our lives.

About Kate:

I understand how easy it is to get completely lost in the depth of all that we feel. I get how remarkably simple it is to fall into addictions to cope with this depth. Having known numb really well, I empathize with living partly between the worlds of the living and the dead. Most of all, I wholeheartedly grasp what sensitive souls are capable of when they are not struggling with addictions {to food, thoughts, control, exercise, alcohol, shopping, etc}. Knowing this, I have no choice but to guide fellow sensitives to a place of perceiving the vastness of all that they are so that they may contribute to the world with their incredible complexity.
