The most powerful entry point to depth is silence. Our lives are made up of varying degrees of noise. Through talking, moving, thinking and doing we become disconnected from the sacred truth of existence that is the ever lasting provider of richness and love that we all yearn for. At VTCIT we honor this understanding by meeting you where you are; whether you have never meditated before or you have had a very experienced meditation practice, we will offer the gifts that come from cultivating concentration and mindfulness.
